KEYCHANGE 2024 - Canada Open Call
Keychange EU’s 2024 program is now open for applications! And this year, it will be a dedicated cohort of Canadian women and non-binary participants.

Keychange is recruiting women and gender-diverse Artists and Innovators to take part in a 6-month-long programme of development. The focus of this programme is:
1. To help you to get to the next stage in your career and realise your potential
2. To bring about meaningful change across the music industry and help you to overcome the barriers you face because of your gender
3. To connect you to potential opportunities created by an international network of individuals, organisations and audiences
If you are selected to be part of the Keychange participant programme, you will join an exceptional network of women and gender-diverse artists and innovators.
Participants are either in the ARTIST stream or the INNOVATOR stream (if you are a producer/engineer who is not performing your own music or want to focus on developing the production/engineering side of your career then you’d be an innovator).
All participants will get:
A showcase festival or conference speaker booking at one of four European events (Liverpool Sound City, BIME, Reeperbahn)
A group meet-up at Reeperbahn in Germany
European conference/festival support, including networking and gender equity advocacy sessions
Mentoring
Capacity building support
Access to the wider international Keychange network, and promotion via the Keychange talent bank.
